The MELLON League is a community project run by volunteers. We value your privacy and only collect the minimum information necessary to run the league.

What data we collect

• Account details: username, email address (used only for login and account management).
• Game data: submitted matches, armies used, results (win/draw/loss), Elo ratings.

What we do with it

• Use your email only for login and to prevent duplicate accounts. It is never shared publicly.
• Publish usernames and game results on the website for leaderboards and statistics.
• Use game data to track standings and army performance across the league.

Who can see your data

• Usernames and game results are visible to all visitors.
• Emails are visible only to league admins (for account approval and support).
• The database is stored securely on our server and not shared with third parties.

Your rights

You can request your account and all associated data be deleted at any time. Just contact the league organiser directly and we’ll handle it promptly.

The website uses standard session cookies for login. All traffic is served over HTTPS for security.
